Herdade de Malhadinha Nova is awarded Green Michelin Star The Michelin Green Star is an annual award highlighting exceptional restaurants for their sustainable practices. In February 2024, Herdade de Malhadinha Nova in rural Alentejo, Portugal, was awarded this enviable accolade. Restaurants receiving the Green Star set strong ethical and environmental standards, working with sustainable suppliers to avoid waste and reduce or eliminate plastic. 'Farm to Fork' with Jampa @ Trisara

It has been a busy few months for the team visiting some of our Latin America and Asian clients. In February, Justine had a trip of a lifetime to visit the Galapagos Islands on land and luxury yacht with a stay at Pikaia Lodge. She also found time on the way back to ‘pop over’ to the up and coming destination of Panama and the gorgeous overwater villas of Nayara Bocas del Toro and explore the unspoilt archipelago. April was a South-East Asian ‘odyssey’, being restored at Kamalaya, and spoilt at Trisara in Thailand, followed by an always very special stay at Song Saa in Cambodia.
